Script Deployment Manager

This application allows administrators to scan remote machines for hotfixes using Microsoft's HfNetChk utility. The output of this tool is a report that can be used to automatically deploy hotfixes to multiple servers.

Administrators can selectively scan machines in a domain rather than single machine or whole domain. Administrators can scan for specific patches by using the tool to modify the patch list. The reports produced are user-friendly HTML and can saved for future use.

Output of the reporting function can then be used to deploy missing patches. The application performs an automated deployment so no human intervention necessary. The application is very lightweight and non-intrusive to target servers, requiring only Windows Scripting Host and Task Scheduler service, both typically part of the core OS install.
